Yes, looks slightly better specwise than the Ricoh,youtube should have some comparisons down the track.

As I understand it, you can measure the speed on a wave which interests me.

HAve you been down the coast in the last couple of days? The surf has been a bit crazy here in Newy, I went down to the Ocean Baths today and the waves were surging through there.
