Thanks for doing this very thorough review. I do not have time to watch the whole thing right now but i will do so later. I saw enough to see that you are being very careful and informative. This sees to be a copy of the Techart adapter which has been out for awhile. Do you have any information on that?

Yeah I've heard that, some say is better done than the Techart. I decided not to delve into that aspect in the review.

This is what the F 1.7x TC does to a degree but without the TC portion since the flange distance is reduced on the Sony. Very interesting. The color is quite different - is that due to the way you showed the viewfinder image?

Yes I used a hdmi capture device and I used 2 cameras to shoot this video and forgot to reset White balance on one of them (A5000) to my trusty Kodak Color guide. The A7ii with Pentax-A 1.2/50mm was on AWB which doesn't like the lighting I use. But I think did do too poorly either. Summer Vacation Brain

It was fine I just wondered about that sudden color shift since the lens was Pentax.

It was camera Juggling which is an easy fix on Lightroom for images but not on Imovie for video. I love my Pentax lens I could never blame it, It's a good boy.

Thanks. I just made a cool but rather silly adapter on my 3d printer. I will have a video of it up soon
