A smart phone's advantage is being small, so this makes it larger???

The little piggyback viewfinder is a clever addition, speaking as a slightly frustrated Q owner.

I imagine that, like with the K-01, success or failure will depend on the price asked, for the features provided.

I know of cancer research projects that are based upon solid science, and improving peoples chances of survival that really need funding...and things like this get greenlit into production: just so someone can have a viewfinder on the phone and a tripod socket so they can take a better selfie?

Gotta love the use of the word "professional" in the video. Who would have thought manual focus makes a camera professional? Sorry for being cynical, but I just can't see myself opening my wallet for one of these. I will stick to my Samsung NX100, thanks. It cost me less than the $120 mentioned. The sensor is way, way bigger than anything in a phone. The kit lens is OK but for better pictures (not to mention laughs) I can mount a great big 50-150mm f/2.8 zoom.

And it is not like the whole idea hasn't been tried before...
