It looks like cheap, throwaway garbage to me as a cashgrab by yongnuo to make a smartphone type mediaplayer with an EF lens mount.

I guess we won't know until it's released. Yongnuo's track record has been variable in terms of product quality. I owned a couple of their Canon rip-off prime AF lenses, both of which drained battery power with my EOS 5 film camera switched off, and were returned for refund as a result. But they're definitely improving. Their flash units are becoming very good indeed considering the price point, and decent quality. It'll be interesting to see what this new camera offers. It might not be to everyone's tastes, nor indeed the pinnacle of quality, but "throwaway garbage"? I suspect that might be a tad strong, except as a very individual and subjective appraisal As I say, we'll have to wait and see before any of us knows... But personally I'll be interested to see what Yongnuo has in store, even if I doubt it'll be of immediate interest to me...

Their stuff is improving for sure...some youtube reviews on different items.Hyundai/Honda/Toyota/Subaru all started with ordinary quality and improved.

It'll be interesting to see what sensor size,I missed the Galaxy NX...Bugga,maybe this one is OK???

That's a strange combo, for sure... and yet, I suppose, no stranger than our APS-C Pentax cameras using K-mount....

Yongnuo produce autofocus lenses in Canon EF and Nikon F mount and they were probably looking for a cheap sensor, hence the (somewhat old) Panasonic 16 MP 4/3 sensor.
