The Digaron 40 lens is not that new, the new shutter integration makes it new.
There are many applications for 150mp mages.

For those who like to think about equivalence: this 40mm f/4 lens on full-frame medium format has the field of view properties of 25.6mm lens on full frame 35mm and the depth of field properties of a f/2.6 aperture on full frame 35mm.

(Apologies to all if this statement triggers equivalence rage or PTSD among our esteemed forum members)

Big prints; archival museum-quality images; and in this case perhaps architectural photographs.
