Phase One 645 AF with P 65+ Digital Back 60.5 megapixels, The kit also includes a 80mm 2.8 lens, Lithium-ion pack with Charger and Capture One DB software, Custom Roller Case, plus all the necessary cables/accessories for just under $42,000.oo. You can get additional lenses 75-150mm f4.5 ($3900), 28mm f4.5 ($4500).

not bad really considering what you get. but the 645D (even without an interchangable back) would be much more appealing to me if I were in the market for a digital medium format.
