stop talking woof, you couldn't make sense if you quoted Shakespeare.

ps. I'm on the car classification committee for Solosprint here in Ontario, which is a step above autocross. I'm the competition director for the Toronto Autosport Club. Ive been in the sport 5 years now, and even organized a few events.

you want to race? come get some, i'll humiliate you so bad you'll go home crying.
What tracks? I've been lucky enough to race (as in wheel-2-wheel) at Laguna Seca, Infineon, California Speedway, Buttonwillow and Willow Springs (and time trial at all of the above as well as Streets of Willow).

(before it became Rally America) I wont claim to know anything about you when it comes to being behind the wheel, just stating an observation.
i know i'm a loudmouth but i can put my money where my mouth is when it comes to operating a motor vehicle.

Toronto Motorsport Park
Shannonville Raceway
Dunville Autodrome
Mosport Driver Development Track
St.Eustashe something something (its french, in Quebec)
and i have had brief experience on the Mosport International Raceway..

here is me at TMP..

this is me during my first season 5 years ago, i finished 14th overall out of about 60 people at the end of the season and got 3rd place novice

i currently moved up to a 01 subaru RS, but it needs things replaced before it could see the track, maybe next year....

Serge, we're not talking about cars though, calm down dude. It was a metaphor that everyone else got and you just chose not to.
"Shifting up another gear" is a commonly used metaphor (to the point of cliche), the one in this thread was just a variation on that.
