So much for Rebels being fragile.

(Had it been a 1-series it'd end up with something like the Tunguska event...)

I saw that early this morning and was waiting for my canon friend to send me the link. I got it about 1:00. Like I told him, depending on how it hit, any camera may or may not have survived the fall.

I was getting ready to go outside this weekend and put my camera on a step to put on my jacket, when I picked it up I was stepping on the strap. It pulled my K20D out of my hand and it and the attached 55-300 hit the ground pretty hard. I can't find the scratch and it works perfectly.

I then asked him how his camera would do in a little rainstorm..........silence.
