We have the debug menus hackable all the way down to the K100D, but does anyone know if a debug menu has been accessed for any Nikon cameras, and if no, why not?

Nikons are all bug free. The debug menu would be pointless. A pointless menu would be a bug. Thus by removing the menu, Nikon has reached perfection. Here drink this. It's grape cool-aid.
