Canon 60D outed?

Is this Canon's 60D DSLR, articulating display and all? -- Engadget

Interesting to note the lack of buttons on the rear. Could either point to touchscreen controls or to a bad PS job. :P

Seriously doubt this is the real deal. The XXD series have always been "serious amateur" gear, and doing things like dropping controls (e.g. AF point selection joystick) for a touchscreen is a ridiculous concept. Looks like a photoshopped 7D.

It is pretty damn nice for macro, video, and other things.

There's no way those photos are fake. In order to downgrade it and make sense to buy it cheaper than the 7D, they had to take some things out of it.

Like... buttons?

I think they should have gone for a different approach where it is like a 7D except every 5-10 frames it will fail to focus or just corrupt the file.
