I don't know whether they sell the digital edition on a one issue basis:

Digital version of Amateur Photographer, 7 September 2013 | Amateur Photographer

It is s avery good magazine, and a major coup for Mark to get a big article in there as the standard required is very high indeed. very well deserved it is too, Mark.

Congratulations Mark - very well deserved and comes as no surprise considering the outstanding work we have seen from you on this thread alone.

A problem with the D600 nef -- my CS5 doesn't have a plug in as yet. So I'm learning Lightroom instead... But here's a good point for Pentax, why not go with the standard RAW format...

I don't think it ever will. I think Adobe's strategy is to force you to upgrade by way of offering support for new cameras that appear near the end of life in one version by providing support in the newer version. But I can't say for certain.

Thanks folks - maybe a wee bit enthusiastic but quite nice to see such a big article.

I have another interview out shortly in 'On Landscape' magazine - its an online thing run by Joe Cornish and Tim Parkin.

Not a bad month.

Jay - love the #1 and #3 bubble shots. Pin sharp in #1 where you can see the house refelction in the bubble. The 180mm has just come to my attention as an option to the 200mm, looks like a fine lens.

Cool vulture shot DCG.

One from a wee wander in to a favourite waterfall yesterday. Not the shot I was after but a bonny spot.

Taken with the D800 and the 16-35 - no filters as it was already quite dark in there.

Haven't posted in a while as I've been having a pretty busy summer. Managed to go to Chicago for a few days recently.. here's one of my favourites from the trip:

D700 + 24-70

It's the north view from the John Hancock Center observatory where you can see part of the city along with Lake Michigan.
Very nice.
