Antique Store Win

I came across an antique store in (location undisclosed). The guy there was looking to get out of the antique store business, but was a very friendly kind of fellow. After my fiancee and I wandered around a bit, I noticed he had some cameras for sale. I started poking around and found that when he'd said "he'd make me a good deal", he was right.

here's what I got:

Agfa PD-16 folding camera. Bellows and mechanicals all in perfect order. $5.

Kodak Tourist II, in perfect working order. $5.

Telesar flash gun (for bulbs): $5

Kodak Hawkeye Brownie Flash with Flash attatchment: $5

3 Argus C2 rangefinders. 1 with flash shoe. two with good ever-ready cases. $10 each.

Total spent for six cameras, all working: $50.

Pics to follow.

Sounds like a steal to me- if you're not going to use these, they'd probably sell quick on eBay too

I plan on using every last one of them, except the spare Argus cameras. I even found a source of bulbs and batteries for the flashgun.

One of the Argus C2s went to a friend who also loves old cameras. The last one will probably go on eBay or wind up as a sweetener or side-item in a PF marketplace item. (I see Canon gear sold here, so why not?)
