Mirrorless Rumors had an interesting Samsung related post today:
Samsung 300mm & 60mm NX Macro
The real shocker is the 300mm f2.8 prime was confirmed to exist. Samsung has no stated plans to offer it in the NX mount though. That surprises me because the wildlife and birdwatching crowd seems to have a lot of interest in the reduced size of the mirrorless bodies but there aren't a lot of great long lenses at this point.
The Macro looks like a tight lens, but I am unable to read Korean so I can't make much of the review posted by Mirrorless Rumors.
So far I feel like Samsung is making a lot of strong moves in the mirrorless market. Unfortunately, I think that's a bad thing for Pentax because it is yet another competitor in a market space they have yet to enter. Hopefully they come out with something superb in the EVIL space.
