At least you get an interesting focal length out of it using Micro Four Thirds.

It probably work quite fine on a Q, but sadly enough, Q does not support shake reduction on lenses like this.

SR works on my K-7 with T-mount mirror lenses so why does the Q SR not work the same way ?

No surprise to see that it's in Hong Kong.

What focal range would that be on a Q?

Pentax have a ton of C mount lenses. With a firmware update for focus peaking, and an adapter, all these fast, cheap lenses would suddenly make the Q very interesting.

It should be a 44.5-267mm 35mm equivalent range. Basically a super pocket zoom lens with a f/1 aperture. I've ordered the c-mount adapter and am debating purchasing this lens. I've heard good quality from some other lenses but I like the zoom range and f/1 aperture. Pentax hasn't made a zoom for the Q in that range yet, though I could use my 50mm FA f/1.4 lens to get the same 270mm focal range.

GH2 crop factor * 8 (focal length) * 2 (2x teleconverter )
