Yep, but he is still a human being, not trash. Never mind - I like the photos a lot and I guess this is not the place for such discussions. Thank you for sharing your images, Emacs.

A nice overcast morning with just me and my boy. He had some of his favorite snacks, dirt and grass, while I was taking these. I think some of these might be over-processed, and I might give them another go.
Dirt! It's what makes America grow!

Nice shots Brent.

This is misunderstanding. I didn't mean he's a trash. I meant the subject is kinda trashy.

A very interesting sculpture, haven't seen such a thing yet ;-)

I'm still using my Lens Turbo with Canon FD lenses and I must admit I like it more and more. I wrote a short sum-up (pros and cons - most of you are probably familiar with them) and put it on my blog along with some sample pictures (full res when you click). Most of them are not really very "artistic", but there's one I like and here it goes:

I picked up a Leica Elmar 135/4 the other day. Here's a couple of the shots taken so far.

and a crop

and a crop

checking out light stars

and checking infinity

and a crop- that's 100 yards to the blue car, 500 to the stop sign

It's possible I might end up liking this lens.

SHARP!!

My K adaptor arrived today (woo!), but for now here's another form the humble 16-50 PZ:

NEX-5N
PZ16-50 @ 18mm
ISO 140, f/5.6

Nice seascape, rob!

Bimjo, I had this Elmar once and I found it very capable - sharp, nice colours and not too big and heavy. The only thing that made me sell it was the MFD of 1.5 meters.

I agree, very nice seascape rob.

Michelek- the 1.5 meter MFD is bothersome, it would be great to cut that by half. But no more bothersome than the approximately 340 degree focus throw.

Well... My favourite "135", the Vivitar 135 mm f/2.8 CF has an over 360 degree focus throw (but a macro of 1:2 is available).
I keep telling myself that it helps to focus very precisely ;-)
