Just got a Nex-7 and loving it. Still waiting for my Fotodiox adapter (with aperture control) so limited to a couple of lenses at present.
I picked up a Miranda 35-70 (PK fit) at a sale for £2 which is producing great results (and a joy to use on the Nex)!

Those are still great shots, Bimjo. My favorite is the next to last one.
Thanks Tony. I assume you're having fun with the K30 since you haven't been around TalkEmount lately?

I like the K-30 a lot. I haven't used my NEX-5R much lately. I do log onto T-E-M every couple of days to read what others are up to.

Glad to hear the K30 is treating you right. My FF rig uses film, so it doesn't get much (any) use. Maybe I shuold drag it out and play. I have some film somewhere around here. Can't be more than 10 or 12 years old.

LOL!! I think I have a roll or two like that, along with a couple of old film SLRs. I have been considering pulling one out, but I don't know of any reliable film developers these days.

Emacs,

That is a pretty good phone shot there.

It's funny how different words are used based on your perspective. Just look the other way when we annex Canada .

MDE1970,

I quite like that first shot, but I think you need to fix the horizon just a tad. Great sharpness in the second, but I would crop it to 1:1 and leave out the clothes line. Great smile on the third shot. You are off to a great start with the NEX.

I had to remind my spouse the other day that when we fly to New Zealand it's not a domestic flight and we have to bring our passports

It is reunification. The crimea considered our soldiers as liberators from a kind of joke called ukrainian «state». No shot fired, no one killed. And 93% of population wants to join the RF. I believe this is much better excuse of annexation than BS stories about mass destruction weapons of Iraq government were to invade Iraq for oil And think about 5 billion dollars of american taxpayers wasted to support ukrainian "rebels".

You have to love Neo-Neo Imperialism(The U.S. is far from blameless). I am not saying it's not Crimea's right to choose. I'd never trust any referendum that's 93%. Things are never that clear cut. I hope it all works out for the best, but it didn't seem like the right way to go about it.

Great shots. I would maybe adjust the shadows on #3, as it kind of pulls my attention from the sky, but maybe that's just me. I like the pano and #5.

March in WV can be quite fickle. 70F one day, 30F the next, snow the next. The following pics were taken with my NEX-5R and a Vivitar Series 1 19-35mm 1:3.5-4.5 (PK mount), all within 12 hours of each other.

From this . . .

...to this at around 6:00 am. . .

...to this. Don't often see de-icing in late March.

Exit polls showed the same figure, so it is real.
Everyone in adequate part of Ukraine is tired of «svidomiye» fools, so they just run away to relative order of Russia.

As a dual national from both those countries, i'm shocked!
Can I start speaking about "that country between us and Mexico", or the "west island"?
