Hmm should have had a beer today but stuck with tea!

Nice shots Skank! I do like the processing too! What went wrong on the Auto110?

Jac- Thanks for the BF shot...we have really failed here on BF shooting. I'll try to do better, meanwhile you drink up for me!

I have tried to lure Tuco back over to Fuji...even a started a fund to buy him a new X-T1...so far it is up to $3.09 so it may be a while......He sort of kept our place alive and for sure made BF interesting. He will eventually tire of that big ugly Nikon and come back home where he belongs....we can hope? Maybe not? Mrs Rupert wanted me to tell you guys that Fuji "sucks" and she wants a new camera that will take decent shots at her events. You can read about it here....
https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/76-non-pentax-cameras-canon-nikon-etc/257...s-here-62.html

Maybe she needs an X30 instead of the X10 she was using...you think? It's her money, so what have I got to lose?

Regards!

Thanks Rupert, a couple were OK just didn’t nail the ones I wanted! Like this one.

These two turned out ok though, not great, maybe I’m not embracing the lofi aspect if it.

Yeah, those last two were just fine. Mrs Rupert would approve......She would say they were better than that "sucking Fuji"!

Oh no! If you have to do anything past turning it on, Mrs Rupert wouldn't approve!

Some from the Eden Project here in Cornwall, they are a couple of Bio-Domes built in an old China Clay pit. they have a Mediterranean dome and a Rainforest which is a nightmare for fogging lenses!

The recycled robot! It's a art insulations showing the amount of electrical waste 1 person dumps in their life time 3.3 tons!

Chilli

The Domes.

My wee one with a survival hat on...

Some Macro using the XF60mm

Some odd statues....

And a bloody great bee to end on! We all live in fear here in Cornwall!

Nice assortment Skank! Of course my favorite is the "Wee One"! She is so lovely! I was at McDonalds last night and in came one of my favorite little models that used to come over with her Granny to my little studio and pose....she was with her Mom & Dad and ran over and gave me a big hug!
I shot tons of shots with her.....such fun she was. I never had any girls......two sons and four grandsons...so little girls can easily steal my heart away. Boys are fantastic, but girls are even better and much easier to photograph!

A few more random shots here.... https://www.flickr.com/photos/35763648@N05/sets/72157633037410237/

I miss my little studio downtown, but I'm way to busy to operate it nowadays, and with my two broken feet, just walking is a real chore at times. Still...it was more fun than I can describe for the year I was there!

Regards!

We've been pretty much snowbound but finally got a chance to get out of the house and walk the dog down by the river. Took a few shots with my new X30.

Those are nice shots! Glad to see you got the X30, it has sure been making some nice postings here lately. I am regretting that I didn't go for one myself...but I still enjoy my X10/X20 and the next one out will probably get my buy.

Be sure to post over in the Toy Camera thread, we need all the posters we can get. You are most welcome there....I find it so amusing that so many think our Toy Cameras are not "real" cameras...yet our photos look damn real and excellent to me!

I'll post my old guy here.....and a cow.....shot yesterday. Nothing special....that's what makes my Toy Cameras special...they don't have to shoot only special stuff...they shoot everything!

X20

Back down at the frozen-over CT River. Windmill is a summer cottage. Taken with X30.
