Another nice on Jac! These Toy Cameras are almost like real cameras aren't they!

The Pro Low Light on the X20 is still great, just like on the X10. It was dark out there, zero detail in the sky was visible.

We went out to eat tonight, nothing fancy. We celebrated 47 married years together. It's been a long haul, and mostly wonderful! Mrs Rupert had her choice, and this was it...she had a coupon for a free meal! Gotta love it!

Pretty amazing that you can take these shots handheld in very dim light and get such results! My K5 won't do it like this! ...of course, it isn't a "Toy Camera"!

Regards!

Thank you DD ( I know you have a name, but I forget it?) We had a nice celebration, and reminisced of the 47 years gone by, concluded we were two of the most fortunate people on earth, and said our thanks for it.

The meal wasn't bad either! Mrs Rupert had a small steak, she eats like a bird, it's why she still weighs the 118 lbs she weighed on the day we were married all those years ago!

I required a little more!

She kept reprimanding me to "put down that &^%* Toy Camera", but you know old Rupert, I kept snapping away! I am really enjoying the X20, and was thrilled that they kept the Pro Low Light setting, it is simply amazing that you can get such shots handheld and in-camera in just one snap!

Regards!

BTW- Those are both excellent shots you posted, I'd love to have an X100, except for the fixed lens range. Anyhow, I'm a dedicated "Toy Camera" guy, and proud of it!

The Pro Low-Light mode is so good that I often dial in a -1 or -2 EV compensation just so it will look like a night shot.

Hadn't thought of that Mike! These are killers for night scenes, and all handheld! If you do much night shooting, the X10 or X20 will be worth the price just for those!

Regards!

Cameras are my toys and I don't mind having more toys, like X20, or X30 one day.

The X100 gives nice clean shots, great color, and fine detail. If it only had a little more range!

X20 out my studio window yesterday....looked like needed rain, but we didn't get it.

Looks like a cool neighborhood to shoot in. That bar photography competition looks interesting...have any shots in there? I love my X100 for low light/bar/candid photography.

Here's a shot I'll keep working on, great location, just need to be prepared and get the right moment.
I keep coming back to yours, is this a walkway/escalator that is going too fast? My eyes keep spinning when I look at it

It's an escalator going to the subway, but the tiles are aligned with it, so it always looks interesting. I was lucky to get a nice expression of someone in a hurry.
