Hello everyone. Neglected to post for a long time.
Getting started again with some photography now.

Olympus OM-D E-M1 III
M.Zuiko 25mm f/1.2 PRO

Those Pro primes render so nicely. So smooth a bokeh...and at 25mm to boot!

A few Monos with Sigma EX DN 19/2.8 on E-M1
Oooh love me some B&W photos! Like the third one, giving off the urban decay vibe.

Curious, how are you liking the Sigma 19mm? Have you had the chance to compare it to the Panny 20mm f/1.7? Mainly curious on how responsive the AF is and if there are lens corrections for the Sigma . I've passed over this lens so many times.

-------

Here's a hacky scenario:
Oh no, you don't have the latest Olympus camera that has Live ND and you don't have your ND filter . You're pushing your lens to its f/22 limit and you're maxing out at 1/25s out in the bright sun.
But wait, out in the internet you heard someone misusing a feature... high res to approximate what it would look like .
(No tripod here folks, just stacking some rocks on some dead branches and hoping for the best. I don't like applying noise reduction when possible )

So, what are the results? Well, if you're not pixel peeping or blowing the image up, it's can be quite convincing. I'm not shooting professionally so i'm fine with sharing this to friends and family. There are motion artifacts there, related to the IBIS moving to stitch the image, but you really have to be really looking for it and not just looking at the overall picture. E-M1ii + Panasonic 12-60mm f/3.5-5.6

Thank you! I was able to pick up the 25mm PRO for free as a promo going on at the time.
Could definitely not justify it's price otherwise, but now that I have it I've really come to love it.

Thank you.

I like the sigma 19/2.8... AF is quick, seems to always hit the spots. I've never tried the Panasonic.

The sigma will not give you amazing starburts... they're ok. It is a solid $90 lens (what it cost me). Won't blow you away, but does its job - best use is street and for family gatherings.

I have the same lens. Could not resist the $100 new price at the time. The small aperture (f5.6) at the long end limits its usefulness, but it's one of those lenses that's better than it should be for the money.

I also got it brand new for $100... I was thinking of selling it as it is bulky and slow. Also on the E-PM1 it did not sit well.

Took it out with the E-M1 and wow, I think I might keep it... does well in good light.

Anchor chains passing through a mid-deck of a small warship on their way from the fore deck down to storage in the hold. Don't be near this area when the anchors are being dropped.
