I have mounted Pentax, Helios and Nikkor glass to my friend's GH3. It works well. The GH3's touch to zoom and magnified center work really well for manual focus. I am not sure if all the panny bodies or any of the oly bodies have the magnified center, but it comes in real handy.

Hi Yorik,
I have home machined various adaptors including a PK adaptor for my -M lenses but I rarely use it because for my use the M43 best range is 9 ~ 28mm.
Here are some of the lenses I tried but don't use often on M43
https://app.box.com/s/db2d50c7edecf721ca74
It works OK with the 18 ~ 55mm kit lens (the one with manual focus ring). I fix the lens at about f/6.3 with heatshrink on the stop down lever.
As shown here

I have an adaptor for Pentax 110 lenses and use the tiny P 110 18mm lens mostly.

It makes a neat camera that is not fussy about focus due to the very wide dof, so anybody, even kids can get reasonable shots
Here is a typical photo with the Pentax 110 18mm showing the wide dof

They were my friend's adapters. I don't know which brand he used. I use fotodiox for my NEX, mostly. The mounts were M42 and Nikkor F.

I had a pentax adapter that allowed for aperture control… I think fotodiox made it.. I got it off ebay. I ended up just using my old 50mm f1.7 and occasionally doing some reverse macro with it… worked pretty well. The bodies I used it on were Oly where I could hit the magnify button and it will magnify where you want. Made for some sharp pics…

Which body are you looking at?

I used my Pentax M 50/2 on m Lumic G-10 for quite a while, using a fairly cheap adaptor (just physical; no electrical connections) I got on eBay. It worked really well. Manual everything of course, but the camera managed the exposure pretty well.

I just received a new GX-7 with the Lumix 20mm..! It also has a magnification feature and peaking which at first glance appears to be more useful than on the K-01. I look forward to adapting the 43 and 77. Do I need to worry about aperture control on the adapter if the lenses have aperture rings?

It will take me some time to adjust to using the GX 7, after 2 years with the K-5. It is a different animal... But I am excited to learn.

Symbolic first post: from the back yard this morning, processed in Nik Color efex.

I like the third one and, of course, the phone booth.

THanks... I am going to be hitting the streets again at the end of the month searching for more phones and street shooting... This time I think Korea town is target location...
