The Sigma 60mm f2.8 Art doesn't immediately sound like a useful lens - tele focal length, no IS, covered by any number of zooms - but I have to say that I've really come to love it for street photography. It's just the right amount of tele to be out of the way and stay candid, especially with a little camera like the Panasonic GF series, f2.8 is still nice and sharp and enough to offer up some decent bokeh at 60mm, and image quality itself is very good, with little to no fringing and nice crisp rendering. And it's cheap! Recommended.  | |

A shot from yesterday that I could only have got with M43 equipment - there's no way I'd have had a tele zoom on my SLR at this point, but the incredible light weight and wide open sharpness of the 35-100mm and the GF7 made snapping this ultra-cute scene a piece of cake. The more I use these little cameras and lenses the more I love them. Suzuki Jimny with Shiba at the wheel, Nagoya. Panasonic Lumix GF7, Lumix G Vario 35-100mm f4-5.6, 100mm f5.6 ISO400.  | |
