Couldn't resist - another one from the zoo. This cheapo 40-150 can put out some sharp images (full-size on click).

Nice waterfall shot.

Sorry - another from me. Not the best shot, just getting used to this combo: Zuiko Digital (FT) 50-200/2.8-3.5 on E-M5, 8MP crop:

Adapted the K mount Sigma 105mm macro to the E-M10
A couple of very low light shots just to see what it could do. ISO and glass was wide open.

A question

Been messing about with the kit lens.
When I go to fulll manual the histogram displays but I seem to have no apparent manual control over Ev.
How can I get it to work more or less as it does in "S" and "A" mode?

A shot from yesterday with the standard kit lens...

You should be able to control EV compensation with one of the two control dials (which one is determined by a setting in the menu).

An image shot with the Pany 45-175:

My fault - it clearly states in the manual "exposure compensation is not a available in M mode". I don't know how I missed that.
Odd considering M mode is where you want the maximum direct user control.

Out for a walk, 24 hours before, the park was covered with snow. Spring comes slowly to eastern Canada:
