Thanks--It's the sort of thing that keeps you going for sure.

Of course, I'd forgotten what agony I went through getting the hang of my Pentax gear--I'm not the sort who picks this stuff up quickly.

Oh, but I was just referring to that what it was called in previous page. Also it is shorter to be written like that Panaleica must be closer to even longer name
Still, seems to be a nice zoom. I still use my Oly every now and then, and good zoom would be nice.

I recently got that lens, I'm quite impressed with it so far. Yes, the F3.5-5.6 version, not the Leica.

I just discovered this thread, glad to know it's here. I'm hoping this weekend to use my Pentax A400/5.6 on the Olympus E-M5 II. If I do I'll post something.

A curious garden fountain - it looks more sinister than inviting.

Looks like a place that would be filled with lye and you'd dump bodies in. Wow!

I planted those thirtles a good many years back in my so-called perennial garden (supposed to be perennials, but a lot of annuals that I never planted and I don't like seem to thrive in it). Sometimes that thistle looks pretty good, as it did this year. Other years I think it's died out completely. Fickle plant.

It is sinister since the image represents demonology. True story.

Thnx for posting.

Agreed. Except for the small size, with that creature above it the tub could be a sarcophagus. I have no idea if there is some idea or tradition behind putting such a demon above a garden fountain, or whether the one pictured is a one-of original, and if a one-and-only, whatever was in the mind of the person who designed it.
