How do these relate to Iguanas? Or is that a superficial resemblence?
The water dragon belongs to a different family (Agamidae) than the South American iguanas (Iguanidae). Agamids are "Old World" = Africa , Asia, Western Pacific Islands. They are not found in North or South America.

The archetypal iguana - Iguana iguana - commonly called the "green iguana" or "American iguana" or "tree chicken" etc. was endemic to rain forests of Mexico, Central and South America and many Caribbean Islands. It has been accidentally released (pets turned loose) and established populations in southern Florida, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, and along the Rio Grande in Texas.

Edit. I picked up a second hand Olympus E-M1 II recently for travelling and hiking in bad weather. It was so good having a pro level camera again. Not 100% sold on Olympus Jpg sharpening (turned down) and the files are different to work than Panasonic ones, but starting to get the hang of it.

Butterfly weed AKA orange milkweed, a minor crop and a deep crop from the same image file. Did you spot the bug in the first image? This lens never fails to impress.

I have an omd-em1 and a GX1/gx7/GX8 and I prefer the GX8 most of the time but sometimes that em1 just feels nice - even if I hate the menus.

Yes, I do prefer the Panasonic WOW and menus, but for solidity and relaxed handling, I am enjoying the E-M1. The menus I find comprehensive, but not too bad.

I finally recently got a Panasonic 15mm and am loving that. Colours and sharpness are great. Will post up as I process some more.

Panasonic GF3 - Trying out the old 12MP Sensor

ISO 160, 1/320s, f/6.3, Pana 14-42 Power Zoom @ 14nm, no corrections applied, RAW edit.

I am finally complete for Micro Four Thirds. 12MP, check, 16MP check, 20MP check.

I noticed some regular photos had motion blur. I can't tell if it's the OIS bugging out, or that the GF3 has shutter shock. I still have lots of testing to do with this camera .

The JPEG engine is pretty primitive- not too surprising since it came out in 2011. It can deal with most shooting scenes fine, but if you put it against a challenging scene, it will struggle. For example, medium to dark skin tones against a high dynamic range background. New cameras have very nice built-in curves adjustment, or some sort of active dynamic range optimizer with their JPEG engine.

Auto-focus is fine, but also another product of its time. New Panasonic bodies are great at locking onto faces and getting it sharp, but the GF3 felt like it was just missing slightly.

You may be experiencing a shutter shock. At one time it was an unpleasant surprise for me. Surely you can find information on this issue. If possible, use an electronic shutter, if available. All this upset me more than a small matrix.
