5D mark 3 beating Nikon D800...hands down - Video




On a side note...where are the comparisons?

Ive heard elsewhere too that the D800 isnt that nice to hold, lacking a thumb "nub" on the edge preventing slip.

Nikon should have known better to add the Thumby McThumber things on their camera's.
It's nice to see a none technical review for a change.
I could see this guy going viral

PS. wind tunnel and sniff tests were my favorites.

What does the thread title have to do with this video? The reviewer in the video doesn't even say that. I thought this area of the forum wasn't about brand wars. The thread title is considered baiting in most internet forums. Not sure what good will come out of that.

I think the title was accurate.
Canon:
Better box color
Better feel
Better aerodynamics

Based on that I'd say the D800 is dead. - RIP

I think there was a smiley face missing from the initial posting indicating that this was humorous thread?

Thats about sums it up! Thats what Nikon should have done - research on the area that matters . Imagine holding the Nikon D800 on a windy windtunelly day!

Anyway, i thought it was funny - I can't wait for my D800...e....which , since the D800 hasnt even gotten to people yet - may come in may...
