Light leak problem with Canon 5DmkIII - solved

I had vaguely heard about this problem but was a little surprised at the fix. Check out the link below.

I think the point here is that while we do get quite wrapped up in the problems with our favorite brand, things happen to others as well.

Interesting article. Thanks for posting.

One other point is how a company DEALS with the problem. Do they admit to it or try to ignore it and hope it will go away which for some reason they mostly seem to do and then have it all backfire on them.

I find too many companies try to hide it all whereas if the problem were explained in reasonable detail and the solution also explained, I'd be happier and more understanding.

I need to figure out how to use tape to repair SDM motors.
