I guess I will stick with my little 900mm F5.9 , 1200mm F8 and 2350mm F10 (1480mm F6.3 w/focal reducer).

"Broad categories of owners include governments (where this reviewed lens is rumored to have been sourced), law enforcement agencies, news and sports magazines, newspapers and wire services - and some wealthy individuals. Some of the most likely candidates have the word "agency" in their name.

The next question is - Why do they own the Canon EF 1200mm f/5.6 L USM Lens? When it is dangerous physically, dangerous to the goal (covert operations) or physically impossible to get closer to the subject, the 1200 L is the answer."
Covert operations? There is no "sneaking around" with this lens although I suppose you could have the front element hidden behind a one way mirror in a van or something.

We do own the house next door but all of my toys are in our home and my wife hates when our UPS delivery guy delivers a large box.

Do what the FBI does, just hide their lens' behind a piece of fabric. It actually works; using the right type of fabric one can shoot directly through it with minimal effect
