Nikon Lens Rebate

Rumour has it a big rebate program on top Nikon lenses is going to start at midnight on Saturday. I thought it might interest some of the new D800 and D600 owners around here.

If they drop the 70-200 f/4 by a little I may grab one. The 14-24 would still be out of my grasp even with a price drop

Unfortunately, no 70-200 f/4, 16-35, or 14-24. Pretty good deal on a few lenses (like $300 off the 24-120, but I considered that lens overpriced to begin with).

And nothing in Canada. I was really hoping for the 16-35mm but I guess those are selling well.

My local camera store sells the 70-200mm for $2100 already so the US price drop isn't a big enough deal for me to buy from B&H or Adorama. Now if they took $300 of the Canadian price...
