Yep the NEX7 has corner issues on RF lenses (and the SEL16mm pancake). The NEX6 has a number of other body improvements over the NEX7 too- standard hot shoe, more traditional mode dial etc. 16mp is also more than adequate resolution IMHO!

The mode dial is pretty useless. When you turn it, you still have to acknowledge the switch in the menu. I will have to check and see if I can disable that, because it is kind of annoying.
