Thanks for the suggestions. I returned the D600. I think I'll wait a bit and see what comes out of Photokina. Right now I am thinking 5D or D700. Obviously the D700 has an edge, but at twice the price on the used market... we'll see

I just love the 5DC. I think it takes the best looking photos of any camera I've ever owned, so long as you can work with the old autofocus system and you aren't shooting in utter darkness.
