When it comes to wide angle M mount lenses yeah this will probably be an issue to some degree. However with Pentax lenses the widest one would probably bother adapting would be what? The 31mm? And that lens was designed for a much longer flange distance so it's unlikely to have as many problems as M mount lenses do. Also the A7r has a microlens set up, but if I get one I'm going with the A7 for the phase detect AF system.
