0.3 EV is that great sample variation? Really? Thats a news to be. Dxomark states that total point difference needs to be greater than 5 points for the difference to be visible to a human eye. D800 and A7R score 95 points, and D800E 96, totally irrelevant sample variation.
By the way, dxomark has examples where sample variation (or margin of errors) are much bigger than that. Look at even much bigger (far bigger) DR score between RX1 and RX1R

A7R and D800 scores are identical on dxomark, just as I stated initially.
