Anyone have problems with 'shutter shock' on the A7r, from what I read any speed below 1/1250 sec will give problems. Was thinking of getting the A7R but not if can't use handheld at slower speeds,my primary use would be WA shots

I haven't really noticed any issues, after taking over 6000 shots.

In the meantime, here are some shots taken inside St. Mary's Cathedral with the 15mm.

No, not DA15. Exposure times around 1/50 of second, to avoid handheld shake.

Do you use the A7r in crop mode ever? If so, what's the resolution and file size for crop mode RAW files?

The FE55 really brings out the textures in the rocks in the sculptures. Some great processing Christine. I'm agonising a bit on what purchases (or purchase) to make at the moment. I'd love to get the 55, but I think the 24-70 will be much more useful to me. But then I wonder if the kit will do me for those situations where I want/need a zoom... Argh.

Anyway, this is the pictures thread. Here are some pictures.

Super Tak 28/3.5

Kit zoom:

Alpa/Kern 50/1.8 (no peeping, I missed the focus ):

I'm really missing the Kern 50 at the moment. It is at the camera shop having a long overdue service. Hopefully it will come back better than ever.
