Can a Contax 159 Winder W-7 be used on a Contax 139Q body?

I saw an ad for a Contax 139Q camera/lens/winder with what appears to be a 159 W-7 winder attached. I own a Contax 139Q and would like to add a winder to it, mainly to better fit my large-ish hands. I would perfer the 159 handle-style of winder over the 139 Winder II.

The answer is "yes".
I picked up a 159 Winder, and lo & behold, it fits the 139Q body, and winds the film just fine.

W 7from Contax 159MM will only work in continuous/ series mode not single on 139

for long heavy lenses in vertical mode plastic winder W7 could lose contact. i would rather use Contax 139 Winder II not that ergonomical but stiff. also vertical knob. but cannot be shut down
