Since we know you're dying to find out what's fresh, let's dive straight into the details. The Z2 features a 5.2-inch full HD (1080p) Triluminos display encased in an one-piece aluminum housing. Its the first device to include Qualcomm's new 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801, which offers faster clock speeds than the 800, and is supported by 3GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage (with microSD support) and a 3,200mAh battery. Sony's using the same 20.7-megapixel Exmor RS camera found in the Z1 (although there's 4K recording support tucked away), opting for a slightly improved 2.2-megapixel shooter on the front. That's all protected from a watery demise by IP58 waterproof certification.
Sony's Xperia Z2 brings a richer display and 4K video recording

I am glad to see it has a microSD slot for extra storage like a 64GB micro SDXC card.

If you want an even larger display Sony also has a 6.4" that is the largest display in any smartphone and it's waterproof !

Wow! I can ditch lightroom and just buy this phone.

As to big size smart phones, they are just too big in my opinion, at least carry in a pocket like I do my i phone.

I have a Samsung S3. I was worried that it was going to be much too big for my pocket, but if anything I want more. Another 0.5" would be welcome, and I'd try another 1".

Wow, wasn't the much hyped/anticipated Z1 just released about 5 months ago??

Great features, but bulky design.

It does not look bulky to me unless you want a much smaller 4" display like the iPhone 5.

true.... I am using Note II and think it is too small.

the ultra looks very good, bigger than Note II. I like! will monitor this phone and when my Note II is done, will highly consider this!

Sony is hitting here and there.... did they just change the CEO or tech/design team? lol
