Gosh.. The toy camera thread is slowing down! Looking for something to submit, now

You're right, Sue - we need to do something about that! Great shot, btw - you do really well with that little Nikon

A couple Fuji X10 shots, both using macro mode:

Love the rusty macro! Bokehlicious, as Kai Wong might say.

As have we all, I guess . Nice shots!

Managed to get out of the house for a while yesterday with my FZ1000. This is a Black kite. Being backlit by the sun means not too much detail in the shadows, even when lifted a bit... But oh well, been trying to shoot a raptor in flight for ages.

I just stumbled upon this thread. Looks like its been going on for years!

I picked up a little Canon Powershot S100 right here on the Marketplace for a song a couple of months ago. It has a slightly larger sensor than most of Canon's P&S cameras, and I believe its one of the last with a CCD as well! I got a leather case for it, and carry it on my belt quite often. I can't say that I use it a lot, but I don't really use my DSLR a lot either, so I guess they're about even!

Here's a shot of "kitty" taken up close and wide:

I like it Welcome to the club! That Canon is a nice little camera - I came very close to getting one before settling on the Fuji.

Thanks! I'm quite happy with it, considering how old it is, and how small the sensor is!

I have a Toy Camera confession......I have a SD card full of X10/X20 shots from our vacation to Oregon and haven't processed them. I got back and went directly to playing with my new K1.
Should I be banned form here? I do hope to get to them when I get over being too lazy and the K1 infatuation....whenever that may be?

Meanwhile, I do enjoy what you guys are posting..so don't let up!

Regards!

Shame on you, Rupert! Trading your toy cameras for a K-1? *Shakes head in disgust* (Not really, I'm envious, I'd love a K-1)

I took my X30 as my main camera to Scotland in June. I enjoyed not lugging a full-size DSLR around while hiking in the highlands. Here are a few of my pics:
