Congrats on getting Flickr Explored.
Thanks, Chris! Isnt it interesting, I've only been "explored" 4 times, and 3 of them were from a toy camera

A couple test shots with the new-to-me Fuji X10. Still figuring out this quirky little camera, but having fun

You can be thankful you have never been "explored" by Otis!

Very nice Fuji colors! Quirky, they are, but you will get used to it. With all the options it is never boring! In bright light you will appreciate the fill flash that will sync up to 1/4000...and a ton of other nice features within that never ending Menu.

Some boots Mrs Rupert bought for an "Angel Tree" gift for a 13 year old girl that wanted cowboy boots for Christmas.

X10

Mrs Rupert models them.......

One of my Mom's cherry pies I get for my birthday every year! Delicious and made from scratch.......my Mom is 89 and going strong!

Regards!

Nice boots!
Yeah, the X10 is a blast, and I took it out again today. Unfortunately at the same location as Sunday's pics, but I got some keepers. One of these days I'm gonna leave the dogs home, so I can focus on using this camera! They were going crazy running around the ponds in the nice weather today & I was having to chase them down constantly!

LOL! I can't imagine going to take photographs with dogs in tow. You've had some lovely shots with this pup though, he/she is a real cutie. And this shot is lovely. Seems to me you're getting a grip on the X10 really well. There are many who seem to think it's the best of the X10-20-30 series.

One of the reasons I got the X10 was *because* the dogs are almost always with me! But the camera is not quite a P&S unless you're in EXR mode. There's still a bit of fiddling with settings using the other modes - I'm in Av most of the time. Still, it's a nice upgrade in IQ from my old Canon.

Glad to see you guys keeping the thread alive! Some fun Toy Camera stuff here for sure!

I set up my X10 last night for raccoons...but they didn't show up until after midnight when I was in bed fast asleep......maybe tonight?

They had roasted chicken and rolls...and plenty of it.....I bet they were happy!

Mrs Rupert took the X10 to Church and her Deaf Class today for their Christmas party..... it is so easy she can even use it in EXR!
