Rupert, are you sure it wasn't a TZ1
Yes, it was a TZ1 and I would have gladly given it to you. Unless you were in a dark room the LCD was worthless. It's why Mrs Rupert got so frustrated with it she tossed it in the Paluxy River one bright day when she couldn't see a damn thing on that pitiful screen.

I assured her that her next camera would have a viewfinder........welcome to the birth of the X10 for Mrs Rupert!

Regards!

I had an older TZ (a 5 maybe?) and sold it on, but also bought a TZ60 a while back. Its been OK in good light. I'd be interested in the TZ100 (110 here) if it werent for the fact that I bought a refurbed FZ1000, followed soon after by an LX100, both of which I love. I like Fuji, and had planned on an X30, but it was going to cost more than the LX, so... Meh. IN the meantime, for here, its probably going to be the P610 all the way.

Here's a couple TZ1 shots from the Grand Canyon in 2010. The LCD never gave me a problem on sunny days (but a VF would be better )

First Toy Camera shots in a while.....went out west a couple of hours to eat dinner at the famous Underwoods Cafeteria in Brownwood Tx....

That would be a nice little trip for you and your family Paul....very nice and scenic drive. Lots of windmills out by Comanche.

Stopped in Dublin Tx.......home of the original Dr Pepper plant.

X10 in EXR mode....just point and shoot...even through my Audi TT Toy Car window it will get those Fuji colors for you!

Was the food delicious? Oh yeah! All the fresh hot yeasty rolls you want and beefsteak you cut with your fork!

Found this in the SD card....after all it is Mrs Rupert's X10. Her assistant in her Deaf Class. The X10 does pretty good at people too!

Mrs Rupert -left. If I spent as much time on improving my photography as she does on her deaf teaching, I'd be a Pro!

No question in my mind...the X10 beats my X20 for out and about shooting. EXR is real, it's not a gimmick!

Regards!

1952...Love the frog! I love frog shots! :D

Those cottonmouths scooted back to their holes when they heard about the F5 tornados and hailballs from hell headed this way! The fun is supposed to start around 7 pm up here .

Stay safe guys! When I hear "supercell", I like to think it is the camera battery variety.

Does a camera phone count? I can't remember... .

Quick panoramic from my OnePlus X was out walking the dog on the Towans and forgot how long the beach was with the tide out.

You know, the shape of that coast is not too different from the shape of one a LONG way away from there:
