Our feeders were very busy today.
Here the squirrels are playing 'musical feeder", although from here it appears that the guy who stays on the ground will get the most food.

at a local nature reserve in Singapore (Berlayer Creek).

Was just lucky enough.
I was standing there and this fella decided it just had to stop there and then to eat (it was about 4 to 5 metres away from me), instead of scurrying along.

Lots of nice stuff to see in Singapore. On my trips there, I loved seeing the crocodile and bird parks and I still have nice film photo of Singapore as photographed from a boat out in the bay.

One of my few remaining squirrels, Momma squirrel is gone, King Squirrel is gone. This guy is taking King Squirrels spot but he's bit smaller. A real changing of the guard. We had 12 squirrels last year. This year maybe 3. During our 19 day canoe trip, some predator must have set up camp in the yard with no worry from our dogs.

It's been a while since I had a squirrel within range...He's doing his best to blend in with the limbs.

Perhaps if you were to dress as a large peanut...

I once saw a squirrel properly holding and eating an egg-roll/spring-roll. With folded wrapper and all... I did not have a camera back then. Actually, I was in college and had to drop out a photography course because I was unable to afford an SLR.

Perhaps, but the neighbors might be a little freaked out with a giant peanut taking pictures in the yard.

I hope to get a better picture of this guy...

There are a couple spots in town, and one down the road that has these black squirrels, but none have made it to my house until recently. He was on a run across
the yard, and I managed one shot (sort of). I'll be ready next time...if he comes back.

I've put enough food in the Squirrel Feeder {which they promptly pitch on the ground looking for the valued peanuts in shell}, that this Squirrel can eat to his heart's content while Sparrows also eat away.
