Sorry to hear you're still down with the pneumonia. I took a pneumonia shot four years ago and haven't had that problem since then. I still get colds now and again but nothing as severe as pneumonia, thank goodness.
I'm proud of you Photolady! Keep it up!

I had the pneumonia shot too...but there are many types of pneumonia and the shot does not cover them all, only the most contagious type. I think I am getting better...but then slip backwards....back and forth. Hopefully I will start to see some real long term improvement! I am fortunate in one respect, I have never had a fever from this.

Regards!

Fresh black oil sunflower seeds in the squirrel feeder and this one's munching on the dropped seeds from the birds. I guess it is less work.

Happens here with regularity. Thankfully, there is plenty to go around!

Both hands full!

Not only happens with great regularity but happens everywhere. I would not mind if it just reached in and took a few peanuts but this one likes to tear the wood box apart after cleaning out all of the peanuts. Sorry squirrels, no peanuts as long as the raccoons are out and about.

Four for you today. Taken at various days:

This one was sitting on top of the wishing well, flicking his tail back and forth and I knew he was going to jump to the palm tree but my shutter wasn't fast enough to catch his jump and get it in focus as you'll see in the second shot:

He jumped:

James Bond of the squirrel world

And one on Guard:

This girl started following me down the street to the community mailbox about 6 weeks ago. One day I grabbed my mail and look up from it to see her sitting not far from me in the street and she followed me home. When I got back to the house I realized that she might be the same squirrel who I used to see when she was smaller while hanging out in the front yard of the house. Occasionally I would leave her treats in the crotch of the Live Oak in the yard and maybe she remembered me. We call her "Rocky" after Rocket J. Squirrel, the pal of Bullwinkle.

Taken May 12, 2017 with a Lomography Daguerreotype Achromat 2.9/64 w/f4 plate on a Pentax K-1

Taken May 29, 2017 with Pentax D FA MACRO 100mm F2.8 WR on a K-1
