I played around with the A6000 at JB HiFi last week...tempting, very tempting.

Kinda off topic, but I captured this sequence on my K-5 and A135 some time ago.

Just goes to show, with a bit of luck and quick focusing (I was speculatively moving the focusing barrel in anticipation of the bird's movement) it is possible to get reasonably good shots using MF and burst mode:

But even with a 135mm you can see the narrow plane of DOF at work in these shots.

MF, telephoto, and shooting wide-open when small active birds are involved is a real test of camera craft. Christine did well. My failure rate when doing the same in the past was too high to bother much with it.
