ISO range is 100 - 16000. That's 16,000 and not 1,600. That's pretty much what I'd expect.
I saw that, but I still stand by it being a bit disappointing. I am used to higher ISO figures, which result in higher usable ISO ranges. With a top ISO of 16,000 will ISO 3200 even be usable?

Thanks, somehow I overlooked that. I suspect that these will sell well at that price! Probably a nice market boost for E-Mount!

Eh... My K-5 would do ISO 51200, but I never shot it above 6400. And rarely above 3200. I don't think the maximum ISO figures mean anything because they don't tell you what level of noise is associated with that maximum ISO. I'm guessing this sensor on the QX1 is the same as the 20MP Sony on the A5000. So performance is probably close to K-5 levels.

It's a neat idea. I still like shooting with a standard camera, though. I like having hardware controls rather than a touchscreen. Just a personal preference.

For adapted lenses alone this will be a very intriguing camera, er, mount? Either way the MSRP is pretty killer, at $300 I'll give it a go.

I am pretty excited by this camera. Hope to pick it up before end of year.

Makes me glad I invested in E-mount lenses (I currently have 15 APS-C E-mount lenses - not including my FE lenses in that count).

Surely this must be the world's smallest APS-C camera to date?
