This set up is really nothing new. Alpa has supported Phase One backs for years.

$$$$$ (yes, five $)
What you have is a Phase One back ($$$) attached to the Alpa large format* "body" (basically just a receiver for a focus mechanism, $$$), and a Rodenstock large format lens ($$$). The main issues for adapters are image circle and shutter. The Alpa camera may be adapted for medium format lenses shutter lenses, but more commonly is used with large format optics. Yes, you read that correctly, there is no shutter in the camera.

* The low end size-wise for large format is nominally 2 1/4" x 3 1/4" for use with sheet film of that size.
