A few autumn colour shots using the Sigma mini-wide 28mm f/2.8 on my Fujifilm X-M1. Mostly wide open or very close to it - I love how sharp this lens is and it renders beautifully, even if the bokeh can be a little angular.

I just picked up the X-E2 new for a great price with the 18-55. What is a good adapter so I can use my Pentax glass?

My adapters are all branded as K&F Concept. They're Chinese but made of metal and are good quality. If you want to use lenses without an aperture ring you'll need a Pentax KA to X adapter (which costs a bit more), otherwise the bog standard K to X will do fine.

I finally bought a Fuji lens to use on my X-M1 so now I'm no longer limited to lenses with other mounts using adapters. AF will be very handy.

The 35mm f/1.4 seems to be superb so far, very sharp in the centre even wide open. Hopefully I'll be able to try it out more over the next few weeks.

Here are some initial photos, all shot wide open.

Here are some flower shots from the botanical garden in Paris. These were taken in spring this year using the Fujifilm X-M1 and the DA 40mm limited that I had purchased earlier that day.

Some foggy shots of the centre of Segovia the other night. X-M1 and 35/1.4 /at f/2). I really, really love this lens. It's a different beast but it's the only thing I've tried that can really compare to the DA 35mm limited.

Nice, you started this thread while i was on an abcence from the forum, I'll add sonme things, i made the switch a couple of years back, I still have some manual lenses from pentax that see sporadic use, mostly i use the fuji lenses. I have 4 bodies (Xpro,
XT1, XE2, XE1 converted to 720nm ir) and 9 fuji lenses (14,18,23,27,35,56,60,16-50,50-230) the 8mm Rokinon X mount .

A couple of relatively recent shots

in Barcelona XF60 f2.4 (@4.5)

a Live concert shot James Chance and the Contortions XF56 f1.2 (@1.6)

out walking the dog XF28 F2 (@f2)

35 f1.4 is a great lens , If i was to only keep three lenses on the fuji it would be the 23/35/56 all fast all sharp as tacks . (I'd add the 14 if it was 4 lenses) not that the 18/27/60 are a bad choice, in fact the xpro with the 18 or 27 is my favourite walkabout now days

Lens: Voigtlander 40mm F1.4 (at F4)
the voigtlander is such a nice Focal length on both film and apsc sizes , I should consider getting one (the older i get the more I appreciate autofocus though , with manual lenses on the street i tend to rely on zone focusing them so speed is not that important

Many thanks. I was very glad I took the camera, especially with that lens (which is perfect for night-time use).

Here's a shot taken in Paris using the DA 21mm limited

Holy cow, folks. Iridient has released a beta of a PC version of their Fuji DNG converter here.

From my limited testing this evening, very much looks to be a winner. And so simple. I will probably be looking to pick this up when this goes final.

Guys, I am thinking of getting a XE2S to use with my Voigt lenses (PKA). How many inches does a PK to Fuji X adpater add on to the lens? Know of a brand that ensures 1:1 magnification? Thanks!
