Fuji's cheapest plastic lens, but still takes sharper pictures than my Pentax DA*200 in good light. So what's up with that?

It has good glass, but apparently VERY thin construction. Melted or impact damaged aperture blades are possible. Happily not so far with me.

BIGMA biggest now compatible, as well as the highly appraised Tamron 18-400.The fringer website lists all compatible Canon glass and 3rd party EF mounts...a fairly large and much cheaper option over native Fuji.

Tamron 10-24 and 90 and many of Sigmas Art lenses.

Very nice indeed. The 5th shot with the mountains, clouds, and snow has astounding detail. 50-200mm?
