Very nice. I was reading the review of the latest X100 camera on DPR the other day and it seems very nice indeed. When I checked the price I saw that for that money someone could get a decent X-mount interchangeable lens camera and the 35/2 WR which, apart from size, seemed like a much better option.
Yes, there are compromises in every direction. I personally would take a x-e1, x-pro1, x-t10 camera. At the time, I picked mine up for $400, and I think the price has gone up. I don't think I would find an interchangeable X camera + lens combo under that price.

Would you considered a $250 original X-100 a steal? or how about a used "T" for $700?

I was looking at the X100S and X100T and came to the same conclusion. Ended up with a used X-E1 for $195 and a used 35/2 for $339...which was about the same price as a used X100S at the time and cheaper than the X100T. I can always get a 23/2 if I want the same FL as the X100 and throw in the 50/2 later for portraits.

Maybe a used X-E1 with a kit lens, but not with any of the better prime lenses no.

Yes, $250 is a hell of a deal for x100. I see x100s cameras for $600ish, but not the x100t. I think you are talking about a real deal here. Let us know what you get.

That is an amazing deal for the x-e1 and I would highly consider purchasing that camera.

I just want to ask if there are any FX100F/ X-T20/X-T2/X-Pro2 owners here who happens to own Pentax K-3 or newer camera out there? I would like to know which has better and faster AF between? What lenses do you use for those two system. I have this some extra that I could buy either a KP or any of those Fujifilm cameras identified above. I am really looking for a smaller/faster/better camera than my K-30 specially when paired with my limited lenses.

Thank you.
I have the new X-T20 camera with the 18-55 as a lightweight second body to my K-1. I owned a K-3 before. I bought it mostly for 4k videos (family videos) but wanted a camera that can take decent pictures aswell (that is the reason i didnt bought the G80-85 from Panasonic, which uses a 4/3 sensor)
My thoughts: The AF performance of the fuji is really good. Now i mostly use AF-C with face detection which is working very well. The K-3 cant keep up here. Even with the K-1 i cant keep tracking my son so good as with the fuji x-t20.

Wow! I never thought Fuji can surpass Pentax in terms of AF, too bad for Pentax even beaten by Fuji in AF department.

Congrats, it's about as sharp as a Pentax limited lens.

I'm a recent Fuji convert. I've come to the "Dark" side. In the process of selling off most of my Pentax gear. Still keeping the K-50 and DA*50-135 for the wife though .

I've decided on 3 Fuji lenses. 14mm, 27mm, and the 55-200. Hopefully Fuji will have an Easter sale and I'll pick up my final lens, the 55-200 then.

X-M1 and 35/1.4. Have I mentioned how much I love this combo for casual and unobtrusive social shooting? Or that the B&W mode is particularly nice?

Are you sure you're not shooting with a Leica?
