I haven't found the lack of IBIS to be a problem at all with what I shoot and I put this down to several factors:
- The Fujifilm lenses are so sharp that it's easy to take sharp images stopping down less than would be needed for other systems.
- I rarely shoot anything longer than 50mm, especially on the Fujifilm.
- The Fujifilm's base ISO is 200, not 100 like most cameras, so that provides an extra stop to use faster shutter speeds as base ISO.
For example, where I might take a shot at ISO 100 and f/5.6 on my K-3, I can take the same shot at four times the shutter speed at ISO 200 and f/4 on the Fujifilm. Depth of field would differ slightly obviously, and it would depend on the lenses being used, but as an example of why IBIS is less beneficial in some cases, it serves.
