Can you rent one in France?

It will be the price of the camera itself for 6 weeks renting. Well I'll carefully check news for the next 2 weeks, I'm leaving on November 10th, we will see.

The XT3 is also in my price range and I don't think the XH2 will...

Ok, then get it....the XH-2 may come in 2019 or early 2020.Theres been no leaks at this stage because the XT3 is so new.
All the Fuji glass is good especially the 18-55 which is far above a kit lens,no WR though.

I've got the kit lens and it is an incredible lens, also good for videos.
I intend to get the 50-140 and the 10-24mm if I sell my Pentax 70-200mm.

I would much prefer getting the next Pentax APSC flagship, but I'm waiting for so long now and on top of that it's not gonna have great video features anyway as Pentax has left the hybrid market.

I'm really concerned about Pentax not having a mirrorless camera that is an hybrid camera, and Fuji has one.

Just received my X-T3, now waiting for the 10-24mm to arrive.

First thing I noticed when I took my first picture is....EVF quality! this is a nice upgrade from the X-T20, I confess I like this EVF, the fact that the EVF is a little farther from the camera body allows my nose to fit

I quickly tried the AF with the kit lens, seagulls, BIF etc...this is ridiculous I am blown away, what an incredible AF system.
My settings were Custom AF setting #5 (erratic moves), AF-C, Boost mode and 11fps mechanical shutter.

Then, went to the skating park, took 2 series of dudes flying over stairs straight at me, strong backlit. ISO1600 1/1600 and this time AF custom setting #2 (tracking mode), 11FPS...all in focus
For a second when I was looking at the images on my computer I thought it was too easy to be true.

Now, here is the major upgrade for me. Face detection.

This was THE feature I was really enjoying on my X-T20 but this new camera has gone to the roof with the Eye tracking / face detection system...this is really stunning.
I tried under various conditions, daylight, darkness...and this is super efficient. The only thing you have to take into account is the distance (remember my kit lens is 55mm at the longest) where it tracks the eye, the acquisition distance is not that far, I would say about 15-20 meters in daylight, about 8-12m in darkness (like really dark). But still an incredible feature and I would say a game changer to me.

I had a concert shot yesterday, brought the K1 + 24-70mm (small club) and the X-T20 with the 27mm /f2.8 and the Face detection was a big plus, that's simple I couldnt believe it when I reviewed the shots afterwards. I was not able to use Face detection all the time, due to light condition and very fast moving subjects from time to time but this is something Im looking for on the newer camera body.

I can't wait to shoot more this camera, looking forward doin some video stuff as well.
