Like other Pentax users, I have been moaning for fast and WR 35mm efl. The DA 21mm (For FF we have FA31/35 and the Sigma 35) is superb but I am wanting a bit more. Pairing it with a camera body that has some Pentax DNA in terms of IBIS and WR. I also like the idea that LCD monitors should have a degree of flexibility. (fully articulating is better for selfies)
My options are either going
Fujifilm
X-H1 + XF23/2... and then add other lenses as needed i.e. Fujifilm's 56/1.2!
Sony
@6500 + Zony 24/1.8... and then add other lenses as needed i.e. Sigma 16/1.4 and 56/1.4 or the Sony 85/1.8
With the two system above, I think I can have my fast 35mm efl, WR and IBIS while achieving a faster AF than any Pentax(?) and with some degree of LCD flexibility.
My main purpose is to have a family camera that I can brought along travels and some life events specially during holidays. But going FF is tempting too now that I have manage to purged most of my lenses.
Glad to herar that the X-H1 is doing good for you.

If it is participating to produce stills for the day, I don't opt the SR due it is on a tripod, where strobes are part of that mix, slow shutter speeds do not apply, SR "hunting" will interfere with file sharpness. If for video, the SR is on 100% of the time, where it does indeed have an appetite for electrons, less an issue with the grips additional capacity, but I've also just ordered two more batteries to help when needed. Testing it hand held for stills in low light and SR on, I've taken it down to a 15th at ISO 800 and the details held up fine. The H1 is very capable for the roll it will play for me, but not a replacement for the K1 in terms of low light stills situations and larger print needs.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
