This first one was taken in a town called Cuellar, about 60km from where we are in Segovia. There's a lot of run-down rural industry there and I'd love to get out there just to wander/drive around and shoot some time, but the only time we're ever there normally is to buy furniture. X-T20 and 18-55mm f/2-8-4.

By the way, this mountain is called - Shaman's cliff.

does it look like southwest or Dakota? can this picture resemble stills from "Western films" (Cheyenne, prospectors, cowboys, etc.)?

Yes , this one , and the Shamans cliff both look like places from the old western movies , or places Russell and Remington would have painted .

I will think on this , however , another clue pic ... may help ....... : )

perhaps it was once abandoned after the Cheyenne raid ...

P.S. Sorry, my investment limit has been reached, I will have to delete some photos soon.

I can picture , Sitting Bull , and Crazy Horse , riding with their Cheyenne and Sioux ....
